San Antonio · Licensed & insured · Weekdays 7 AM to 11 PM
The right call is usually the cheaper one.
Plenty of plumbers quote a replacement because it pays better than a repair. We would rather tell you the truth, fix what can be fixed, and be the number you keep. Emergencies, drains, sewer lines, water heaters and the slow leak you have been putting off.

Repair or replace
The four jobs where plumbers oversell the most.
A replacement quote is always easier to write than a repair. Here is roughly how we decide on the four calls that get oversold most often, so you know what a fair recommendation sounds like before anyone knocks on your door.
No hot water
Recurring backups
Low water pressure
Slab leak
If someone quotes you a replacement without a camera, a gauge reading or a look at what actually failed, get a second opinion. That is true of us too.
What we handle
Sixteen jobs, most of them same day.
Residential and light commercial across San Antonio. If it carries water or gas through your building, it is on this list.
Emergency response
Burst lines, active leaks and failed heaters. Short-notice weekday calls.
Burst pipe repair
Split copper, cracked risers and failed supply lines cut out and replaced.
Drain clearing
Cable or hydro jet, chosen by what actually caused the stoppage.
Main line stoppages
Cleared from the cleanout so nothing comes back up through a fixture.
Sewer camera inspection
You watch the footage before anyone quotes a dig.
Sewer repair & replacement
Root intrusion, bellied runs and broken clay pipe.
Water heater repair
Elements, thermostats and dip tubes tested before anyone mentions a new tank.
Water heater replacement
When it genuinely is the tank. Permitted where the city requires it.
Tankless installation
Sized to your real fixture count, not whatever is on the shelf.
Slab leak location
Found electronically before a square foot of concrete is opened.
Whole-home repipe
PEX or copper, sequenced to keep your water on where possible.
Water softeners
Local water scales a heater fast and shortens every appliance you own.
Pressure regulators
Anything over 80 psi kills fixtures early. We gauge it, then replace.
Gas line work
New runs, appliance hookups, leak testing and pressure inspections.
Fixtures & disposals
Toilets, faucets, seized angle stops and leaking supply lines.
Freeze damage
Burst pipe and cracked hose bibs, plus insulation before the next hard freeze.
Why us
Three things you can hold us to.
Every plumber says they are honest. These are the specific commitments behind it.
You approve the number first
We diagnose, write a flat quote, and wait. Say no and you owe the trip charge only. No hourly meter running while you decide.
Repair gets recommended when it holds
If an element fixes your heater, we say so, even though a new tank pays us more. That is the whole reason to keep our number.
We come back if it fails
Workmanship is guaranteed. If the repair we performed fails, we return and make it right at no charge.
About us
Weekday plumbers who answer the phone.
We run Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 11 PM. That late window is deliberate: most people cannot take a plumbing appointment at 10 in the morning, and a 7 PM slot means nobody has to burn a vacation day over a running toilet.
Most people call a plumber twice a decade, usually on a bad day, which puts you at an information disadvantage. Plenty of outfits work that angle. We would rather be the number you save and pass to your neighbor.
Residential and light commercial across San Antonio, from a seized angle stop to a full sewer replacement.

Call (210) 953-5467Questions
The ones we get every week.
What are your hours?
We run 7 AM to 11 PM Monday through Friday, which covers evenings after most people get home from work. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If something breaks over the weekend, leave a message and you will be first on the schedule Monday morning.
Do you charge for an estimate?
There is a trip charge to come out and diagnose the problem, and we tell you that number on the phone before we dispatch. The diagnosis and the written quote are included in it. If you approve the repair, the trip charge comes off the total.
Can the price change once you see the job?
The quote we write after diagnosing is the price you pay for that repair. If we open a wall and find a second unrelated problem, we stop, show you, and quote that separately. Nothing gets added to your invoice without your approval first.
How fast can you get here?
Same day on most weekday calls, and often within a couple of hours for an active leak. We give you a real arrival window when you call rather than an all-day block, and we phone ahead when we are on the way.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, on water heaters, gas lines, sewer replacement and repipes where the city requires it. Unpermitted work turns up during a sale inspection and becomes the homeowner's problem, so it is worth doing properly the first time.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes to both, and you should ask this of anyone who comes to your door. We carry state licensing and general liability coverage, and we can send the certificate before the appointment if you want it in hand first.
What is covered by your guarantee?
Our workmanship. If the repair we performed fails, we come back and make it right at no charge. What it does not cover is a separate failure elsewhere in an aging system, and we will tell you plainly rather than pretend one repair fixed the whole house.
Which areas of San Antonio do you serve?
San Antonio proper plus Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Olmos Park, Castle Hills, Balcones Heights, Leon Valley, Shavano Park, Hollywood Park, Stone Oak, Helotes, Converse, Live Oak, Universal City, Schertz, Boerne and New Braunfels.
